Traditions are important to many people at this time of year, but sometimes it can be hard to honour all of them. Reduce stress by choosing to focus on the ones that matter most, so that you can truly enjoy them. Engage our seniors in the celebrations & help aging family members maintain their routines. Focus on what will make this year special. Don’t worry about making things perfect. Enjoy

Although the holidays are a joyful time, this time of year can be difficult for those caring for a loved one with dementia. Take care of yourself. You can ask a loved one to take over your caregiving duties or hire Senior Homecare by Angels.

Use the winter as an opportunity to dive deeper into a hobby, learn a new skill at a community college or become more involved with your community by volunteering.
