State-of-the-art Printing Technology

One of the major differences are the machines we use. We have 2 SOLJET PRO III printers that combine blazing production speed and awesome print quality to output a wide range of durable indoor and outdoor graphics. Heavy-duty solvent print/cutters have a unique, sign quality print-mode (300 sq.ft. / hr at 450 dpi) developed especially for the production of signs, banners, POP displays, posters, and vehicle graphics. We can also print up to 1440x1440 dpi for photorealistic clarity. The result is the highest quality solvent output in the industry.

Printing up to 98" wide, our HP Scitex FB700 flatbed printer images UV-cure ink on almost any rigid or flexible media and can load, print and collect up to six sheets of media simultaneously.

The FB700 is designed to produce durable outdoor and indoor applications, including point-of-purchase displays, tradeshow graphics, interior decorations, banners and furniture; and will print up to 1,200 x 600 -dpi, in six colors, on materials up to 2.5 in. thick and up to 98.4 in. wide by 120 in. long. Print speeds range up to 861 sq. ft./hr.  It's a powerhouse!
