 to whom it may concern,last year 2009 i had you pick up my snow blower at my home on esther dr,in barrie.you did everything but rebuild the engine at a cost to me of $315.00.just this week i try to start it and i get nothing but trouble,not starting.i have left numerous messages on you machine and have had no one at your place of buisness return my call.i know that with all the snow you are extremly busy. however if i had known that you do not have the courtesy to make a simple return call to a good customer which i thought i was,then i will not bother you with anymore calls. and i will definitly not bother you with any more off my business.
