August Special White:   En Primeur Australian Chardonnay

Our Australian Chardonnay is fermented on a combination of heavy toasted Hungarian oak shavings and lightly toasted American oak chips.  This supple, elegant wine boasts rich aromas of honey and tropical fruits while apples, melon and toasted oak notes tantalize the palate.

Oak - 3, Body - 3, Sweetness - 0

 

August Special Red:  Winery Series Italian Rosso Bravissimo

Fermented on Merlot Winery Grape Skins  and Hungarian Oak, this wine will develop into a complex, bold wine.  Cherry and plum notes are complimented with cassis and rich tannins lending to a graceful, lingering finish.  This wine is sure to have you cheering "Bravissimo" after every sip.

Oak - 3, Body - 5, Sweetness - 0

 

New Wines Have Arrived!!!

The Winery Series has introduced 2 new white wines into it's lineup.

First the Chilean Chardonnay -This medium bodied aromatic Chardonnay is balanced and fresh with lively acidity.  Bursting with hints of pineapple, melon and peach on the palate, this lightly oaked dry white wine has delicate hints of pear on the finish.

Oak - 3, Body - 4, Sweetness - 0

Then the South Africa Sauvignon Blanc - this medium bodied wine boasts aromas of apple, lemon and kiwi on the nose and provides hints of lemon and herbaceous flavours on the palate. Grapefruit and passion fruit notes offer a zesty finish.

Oak - 1, Body - 3, Sweetness - 0
