Grand Cru International Sangiovese( Brunello) 5 week wine
This powerful classic is expressive on the palate with lively cherry fruit and a brisk acidity supported by ample smooth tannins. Our GenuWine Winery Dried Grape Skins and oak shavings provide a deep and lingering finish to this garnet wine.

Grand Cru California Chardonnay - 5 week wine
Captivating flavours of green apple and tropical fruit enhance an upfront floral bouquet in this medium-bodied golden wine. It will develop to reveal layers of ripe fruit and integrated oak.

Grand Cru Pinot Noir - 4 week wine
A rich red wine, hearty in nature and smooth in flavour. The soft texture and dark colour compliment the flavours of berry fruit, with a subtle raspberry undertone.
Grand Cru Pinot Grigio - 4 week wine
This wine is dry with overtones of green melon leading to a crisp, clean finish. A bouquet of honey and herbs completes the experience.

This year we are changing how we order our Restricted Quantities wines. We are required to pre-order how much of the particular wine we want. So that means I need to hear from you if you are interested in reserving one or more of these new wines. You can come in and pre-order or you can call in and we can put you on the list. The RQ wine for December has to be reserved by November 1st. So here it is.
Australian Tjungu (pronounced too-ngoo) Shiraz, Cabernet & Malbec Deep in colour, this blended red exudes aromas of berry with a hint of toasty oak and cedar, complemented by flavours of black fruit. The soft tannins pair well with full-flavoured meat dishes including BBQ lamb kabobs, full-flavoured stews and beef lasagna.
