JUNE SPECIALS AT ALLANDALE WINE CRAFTERS
June is here and its time to make sure you have enough wine in stock to get you through the summer!
With that in mind we have the following wines on special.
Grand Cru International 5 week wines!
South African Chenin Blanc - $10.00 off
The fruity nose has hints of green apple and lemon with a subtle floral bouquet. On the palate, true to its South African origins, it is delightly refreshing.
Unoaked, medium body, dry finish
Italian Pinot Grigio- $10.00 off
An enticing deep apple and grapefruit bouquet with apple and citrus notes that follow through to the palate and linger with a dry finish. This Pinot Grigio is made in the true northern Italian style.
Unoaked, light body, dry finish
Australian Cabernet Sauvignon- $10.00 off
A classic Cabernet with a nose of blackcurrants, dark chocolate, and subtle toasty notes with hints of coffee and vanilla on the palate.
Medium oak, medium body, dry finish, with the addition of GenuWine Winery Dried Grape Skins.
All three of these featured wines would make a fine addition to your wine cellar and are on special for the duration of June.
Also, please note that the Orange Chocolate port that has been available in the fall for a number of years is being discontinued. Anyone who wants to make one of these before they're gone, please call me!
There is also a wine tour booked for September 28th.
We will be departing for Niagara around 8:30-9:00a.m., stopping at Flat Rock Cellars for a tour and tasting, continuing on to the Sandtrap Pub and Grill for lunch, and then carrying on to Diamond Estates ( Dan Akroyds winery) for another tour and tasting.
The trip is offered at $60.00 per person. First come , first served! Book your spot today.
