We are featuring multiple wines in 4, 5, and 6 week categories for the month of February.

Choose from 4 week liebframilch, pinot grigio, chianti or merlot.
Then there’s 5 week muscat,Ontario sauvignon blanc , Australian cabernet sauvignon or BC pinot noir.

For 6 week wines we have Australian Chardonnay, Italian Pinot Noir, Australian Cabernet Shiraz Merlot blend, or Italian  Amarone.

And last but not least, Winery Valpola, Winery Riesling Gewurztraminer or Winery Viognier.

Winery Hightail Niagara Cabernet Franc
Canada’s Niagara region is well known for growing high quality Cabernet Franc. With its ability to age gracefully in the bottle, our 2016 Hightail Cabernet Franc is an essential addition to every well stocked wine cellar. The wine is medium to full-bodied with an excellent balance of acidity and grippy tannins that produce a savoury mouthfeel. The palate features lovely flavours of dark fruit, spice notes and vanilla, with hints of a herbaceous character on the finish.

Noblesse L’age du Luxe Merlot
Named after the French bird Merlau, this late 17th century wine is the epitome of L’age du Luxe, known for being luxuriously ripe and soft. Ruby red in colour with aromas of juicy blueberries and cherries on the nose. This luxurious wine features ripe cherries, blueberries, a touch of spice and soft tannins on the palate.

Noblesse L’age de la Grace Chardonnay
Centuries old, cultivated by French monks, and named for the village of Chardonnay, L’age de la Grace is a wine that is both simple and regal. Densely textured with a steely minerality and creamy mouthfeel. This is an unoaked Chardonnay with notes of citrus, honey and melon on the palate, finishing with crisp green apples.

Noblesse L’age de L’Elegance Cabernet Sauvignon
Born of accidental breeding in 17^th century France, L’age de L’Elegance has inherited its flawless balance of subtlety and daring from its wildly rich parentage. Complex and concentrated with spice notes, red fruit and vanilla on the nose. This is a rich, full bodied wine with structured tannins and a long finish.
