We would like to thank everyone who participated in our fundraiser for the Women and Children’s Shelter of Barrie! With your help, we surpassed our goal and raised $1070 for this worthy cause!

That means when you bring us a new friend, we will give you $20 off any batch and they will receive either $20 off OR 30 free bottles for their first batch with us! Only until August 31st!
Covid 19 Update:
With the onset of phase 3, we are now asking that you wear a mask in the store and we have installed a plexiglass divider in order to open both bottling stations again. The “OPEN” sign is on again, however, we are keeping the door locked so we can regulate how many people are in store at a time. As always, your safety and comfort are foremost in our minds, so if you would like to be the only person in the store to bottle, please let us know and we will be sure not to double book your appointment. We continue to sanitize all equipment and surfaces after each customer.

Verdicchio
Herbal aromas dominate the bouquet, while flavours of lemon and pear entice the palate. The finish is crisp and clean. A refreshing style white wine.
Food Pairings
Pair with tuna salad and avocado or pasta with pesto sauce.
Malbec
This popular rustic red wine has a soft, rich texture, silky tannins and fills your palate with ripe plums, currants, cherries, and red berries.
Food Pairings
Enjoy with spaghetti and meatballs or beef burritos.
Cru Select 6 week on for $170:
Australia Viognier Pinot Gris
This popular Australian white blend is extremely aromatic, opening with apricots and pear notes and finishing on a refreshing fruit forward note.
Food Pairings
Serve with roasted turkey and dried fruit sauce or spicy fish cakes.
Italy Nebbiolo/Barolo
Made from the prized Nebbiolo grape, this wine features flavours of violet, cherries and cocoa. Undertones of toasted oak, dark fruit and firm acidity dominate the long finish.
Food Pairings
Enjoy with rack of lamb, mushroom lasagna or garlicky grilled beef.
