Heather held various roles in the Retail Branch Network, Human Resources and in Training and Development as Manager Facilitation and Leadership Coach over her 17 years within a multi billion corporate financial services organization.  She is results driven, strong team builder, excellent strategist and a communication specialist that is dedicated to contributing to your bottom line.

She obtained her Teacher Trainer of Adults certification with honours in 2011. Heather continued her learning journey and attended Adler International Learning Inc. for personal coach training and received her ATC designation from Adler in December 2013.

Heather draws on her own work experience and expertise in the process of coaching to make connections for her clients both in her training programs and one-on-one coaching.  Working diligently with her clients, she helps them identify what their challenges are, what their goals are, so as to develop a solid plan to achieve those results.  This allows leaders to be effective managers, develop phenomenal teams and feel confident while meeting the corporate objectives.
