...........this is the real newsletter:) The first was my 'test' I sent in error - with lots of errors. Don't worry Sarah - I will get the hang of it eventually! Have I mentioned I need a vacation!

Happy February to everyone! This past weekend we finally had a blast of warmth, and while it was short lived it was wonderful and a sign spring is around the corner.
I would like to thank everyone for their patience these past few months while we were under extensive construction getting the expansion completed. We are on the homestretch with the kitchen only a week or two away from completion!
We have some new faces in the building! Welcome Ross Fenton of RKF Medical to Suite Success - first person to move into one of the newly completed suites. Joining us March 1st, we have Amelia Ferrador of Old Firehouse Catering and Diana Baggett of Royal Lepage. Welcome to you all!
Just a couple of friendly reminders. Please make sure the front door remains locked after 5 pm. If you are having clients arriving after this time please ask them to use the buzzer, or, if not convenient please speak with me and we will work on a way to accommodate.
The alarm system is going to be set up this week to activate at midnight. We are trying to ensure your safety and protection. Therefore if you are in the building at that time you will need to be aware that you will set off the alarm system. You would need to disarm and re-arm upon departure.
Due to the size of the building it can be difficult to know if everyone has left and it is safe to arm the alarm system. We will be installing an IN/OUT board and would appreciate as you exit the building sliding the marker across to out to let those remaining in the building know you have departed. Should the alarm go off - don't panic - enter your code. If there is ever a glitch in the system please use the number on the key pad to call the alarm company, provide your four digit code and they will take care of the rest.
