Third strike for them so I won't ever be returning! Made an appointment and they didn't even have staff available and their call ins never showed. Not wasting any more time on them as this is third time they left me hanging.
I have gone for years. Today was my last visit. I asked about the wait when entering and was told 20 min. At 40 min. when I asked, I was told another 10 min, I agreed to wait. Nothing more was said. During this time, a client completed their manicure but no one came to serve me. Another customer came and was ushered right in because 'the staff person only did pedicures'. At about 55 min. I left and no one apologized or in fact said anything. I guess they have lots of clients and don't mind losing a regular. Don't waste your time going there unless you are ok with waiting and being ignored. ps I gave one star because you had to rate this org. in order to post a review.
I was in for a mani/pedi on Friday Jan 15th. I seen Darlene and had a French manicure on my fingernails and just plain color on my toes. I brought in a picture of Miss Kitty which she did one on my toes and one on my finger. I was very impressed with the job she did on both the mani and pedi. The shop seemed clean and the staff was very friendly. I think I have found my new go to. Thank you Darlene
I have been going to Galaxy for many years, since Mao opened the doors at the Wellington Plaza, to get my nails done. Now the business has grown, with his many great employees he has expanded to a second location on Bayfield St. at the Lick's plaza. Galaxy now is a full service salon and spa, as my schedule is very busy I went in last minute hoping to get my eyebrows done and I was talking to Wendy, I decided to get a haircut!! For those of you with naturally curly hair like mine, I was very impressed with cut I received!!!! I will continue to go there!
I have recommended Galaxy to ALL my friends.... I recommend everyone go and get pampered!!!
