Alyson completed her undergrad at York University and graduated with a Specialised Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health Science. Along with her degree she also completed a Certificate of Athletic Therapy. After challenging the national athletic therapy exam, Alyson can now call herself a Certified Athletic Therapist.

During her time at York, Alyson was also a student-athlete and was a member of the York Lions Women’s Rugby team over the course of 4 seasons.

Alyson has worked with a variety of athletes both in a field and clinical setting over the past 4 years. Sports include hockey, swimming, basketball, volleyball and football at the university level to name a few.

In addition to working at the clinic, you will find Alyson at CFB Borden as a Fitness Leader, teaching fitness classes to military personnel. She can also be found on the bench of the Orangeville Flyers Jr A Hockey team for a second season as their Athletic therapist.

When Alyson has a few minutes of spare time you can find her at the gym, going for hikes with her dog and rock climbing.
