The team at Bekay Real Estate Investing is a group of professionals who believe that everyone has the opportunity to create long term wealth through investing in Real Estate. Our team is led by husband & wife Brady and Kristy (Allison) McDonald who have the experience and knowledge to make and create sound investments.
We believe by investing in and creating safe, clean, affordable rental properties we can create a win-win situation for every investor and tenant.

Brady is an entrepreneur of 14 years who specializes in creating equity through repairs and renovations of all shapes and sizes.  Kristy is an Accredited Appraiser through the Appraisal Institute of Canada.  This AACI designation is granted to individuals who have completed the AACI program of studies and fulfilled all the professional requirements.  This designation along with Kristy’s professional experience in the industry helps to give our team an advantage when determining current market value and market trends.

Our Long-Term Wealth Creation Fundamentals

Our Real Estate investing is based on the following fundamental principles:

  • Buying properties in neighbourhoods that are increasing in value more than the average area.  We acquire only the right properties in the right locations.
  • Buying properties with multiple exit strategies to maximize our liquidity.
  • Buying only when the price and our detailed Due Diligence checklists fit our system. We always underestimate performance and over-estimate costs. We purchase only if the worst case scenario fits our model.
  • Improving the properties to receive above average rents. This helps our homes to rent and stay rented when the vacancy rate is higher. The renovated rental must be of a quality that we would be happy to live in ourselves.
  • Paying close attention to the economic fundamentals that affect real estate in our area.
