Had a great conversation the other day about "Hypnosis: what's the benefit". It's a great way to relieve stress, improve motivation, reduce feelings of anxiety, guilt, fear - without the use of drugs! Side effects include improved sleep, more energy, feeling happier!
When should you use hypnosis? Regularly! Once a day, twice a day, doesn't matter!
Anytime, all the time, any where you can sit quietly. Remember, 15 minutes of hypnosis equals an hours' worth of sleep.
