Founded in 1999 by Architectural Technologist Philippe Lamadeleine, Custom CADD Inc. is an established design company that’s made up of talented and experienced designers and building technologists with one common goal: assist you in designing your dream home. Located in Barrie and serving homeowners throughout Central Ontario and beyond, we specialize in custom new homes and renovations.  

Whether your project is a new construction or a complete makeover of your home our focus is always to provide you with the most professional service possible. At Custom CADD, we place a heavy emphasis on getting your project off on the right foot. We provide you with the necessary information early in the process to make such decisions as: should you build new or should you renovate? If you decide to renovate, how do you get started and what is the process? Construction has been a family affair for Phil growing up.  With family members in practically every field of construction, he was able to obtain valuable hands-on experience.  We believe that this experience, in addition to his passion for residential design and strong mathematical background, has allowed him to stand out in a very competitive field.

Phil prides himself in designing “with” his clients, not for his clients.
