We are a75 year old customer.,our first granite countertop.we did not see the chip until past the two days stated in contract so Andrina coldly told us there was nothing she could do.Asked if they could inspect the top as we felt there may be some issues.Told that is a $250 dollar cost.sink hole was cut in kitchen living room.Instalers bought nothing to cover anything and left a mess of water and dust everywhere.contract said they would clean up.Andrina’s answer to this was rentovations are messy.unhappy customers ,expected better from discount granite plus.
HI Marion We apologize that you are not satisfied with the installation process. Sadly fine dust can be generated when cutting onsite as per our discussion and contract with you that you signed and stated you understood. Your top mount sink that you asked us to reuse was cut at site yes, however a review of your invoice does not show that price as noted. It was considerably less for the work to be completed. Lastly sadly granite and quartz can chip. As part of our follow up with you from our installation we asked for more details and pictures so we can try to assist with the chip that - Are you able to still send us a picture?

Choosing a countertop for our dream kitchen started out as an overwhelming task until our contractor recommended we visit Discount Granite Plus. We initially thought we wanted quartz but after Andrina listened to our vision and educated us, she encouraged us to consider a natural stone. In the end, that’s exactly what we chose and we couldn’t be more happy with the end result. The customer service we received from DGP was amazing from start to finish. Because we chose our stone well before our renovation, DGP had no problem storing our stone for months, just so that we could get exactly what we wanted. The fabrication and mitered edge on our stone is stunning! The installers were friendly and worked a long day to meet our deadline and then they later returned to ensure the job was perfect. Thanks to all the staff at DGP. Our countertop is quite the showpiece!
Had kitchen counters and island installed last year. Had many delays in getting install and the job fabrication was rushed by Discount Granite. The result was edges were not bevelled as requested and corners not cut to correct radius and Overall quality was not what was expected. They refunded $250 to attempt to make us happy, but in hindsight, I should have had them take the granite back. Definitely would not rehire them and certainly could never recommend them. They sent me a survey shortly after the install and I voiced my displeasure then. They did respond to say they would get back to me, but we never heard from them again.
Bathroom vanity project was handled very professionally. A great price and excellent staff made the the whole process a good exerience. I would highly recommend them for your granite project.
Very professional service and great advice. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Installation went smoothly and they cleaned up nicely afterward. The seam is virtually invisible. And the price is much better than 2 other quotes we got. We even visited the granite supplier in Concord to pick out our slab of granite. We will go back to discount granite plus for future work without hesitation.
They did a great job with my bar. Seamless seams pretty much. And it was done much cheaper than the other quotes. Will use em again in the future. Thanks Michael
