Dean, Duane and Martin made us feel so comfortable, and they were all hilarious! We did not experience any pressure to buy, and they presented us with many great options and deals in our price range. Honestly, I've never dealt with a dealership so sketchy and ignorant as these guys. I've had 3 encounters with them only because they were the closest Suzuki dealership to me. My tailgate latch wasn't working, the parts guy said it was quite common, walked to the shelf and grabbed the part ( there was at least 2 more in the box) that he said I needed. I got home, took my tailgate apart and went to install the part only to realize that it wasn't the right part. When I tried to return it ($75 part), he told me that It had to be in the original undamaged packaging, which was just a clear plastic bag with a sticker on it. It was sealed so the only way to open it is to tear it open. He said they couldn't return it to Suzuki like that. as if he had ordered it for me. His mistake, He knew it and they stocked it anyway WOULD NOT TAKE IT BACK. When I asked to see the parts manager, the parts manager agreed and said there was nothing they could do. I asked to see his boss and he said there wasn't anyone above him.???? Over the course of a few years and only 3 visits I learned quickly that this place doesn't give a crap about you after the sale. Run, don't walk from this place. From what one of their salesman told me, the same guy owns Centennial Chrysler a couple of doors down. I won't be going there either.
