Dear Mr. McKittrick My husband and I had our first Jiffy Lube experience in your Barrie store and we are converts. We never felt comfortable with the ridiculous speed with which the other oil change companies did their work. We always wondered if something was missed. Fast is not necessarily good..ever had a fast hair cut? a fast doctors appointment? a fast dentist appointment?....not good!

Your technicians were very thorough and professional and we felt we got good value for our dollar.Your staff was courteous and friendly and Meagan Dorion was a joy to talk to. Your staff really seem to enjoy what they do, which means a happy employee is a productive employee. They took their time, it makes you feel important..and we were still out of there in 15-20 minutes! I am glad we listened to our son who recommended you, and we will definitely spread the word. Thanks for keeping it real.

I was very happy with my service at Jiffy Lube in Barrie. Everyone was so friendly and I was happy to see a woman working there as well! The mechanic changing my oil showed me the condition of my air filter, new oil and put air back into my tires that were a bit low. I'll definitely be returning for every oil change.

About 3 months ago I brought my 2010 Hyundai Touring into the Jiffy Lube store on Grove St. Barrie, for an oil change. When the job was complete, the owner, Brian brought me a sample of my transmission fluid and said that my fluid should be cahanged as it is a bit brown looking. Since I had just had Hyundai in Barrie flush out the transmission and change the fluid. I took it back to Hyundai. They said there was nothing wrong and that the guy at the Jiffy Lube was just trying to get more work!!? I called Brian back and informed him. I took my car back to Jiffy Lube 3 weeks ago and got another oil change and Brian again told me the transmission fluid did not look right. By this time I had felt the transmisiion slipping so I took it back to the dealer. This time they said I needed a new transmission. Brian was right 3 months ago and I thank him very much for his good service. Bill.

After a 6,000 km drive on our recent vacation, our car was due for an oil change. Being really busy meant not a lot of time so I tried Just Lubes. Although it took slightly longer than most drive in-drive out places I usually go to, I felt that It was to my advantage. I left feeling that the little extra time meant the job was done right and I wouldn't have to worry about a cap not being screwed on tight or being short-changed in anyway as I have felt at other establishments. From now on Just Lubes is the only place I will take my vehicle for oil changes, (and the ladies day special didn't hurt any either).

The first time I went to Just Lubes, I was very impressed with the customer service, it started off with a warm welcoming with coffee and a newspaper. They were very knowledable to educate me on what type of oil was best suited for my car. They never tried to sell me anything that I did not need, which was a first in my expieriences with other places. My favourite part was that they had ladies day on tuesday! They are definately the type of people I trust with my car!
