A little history about me... I come from a large family of nine. We lived in a small community up north and there wasn’t lots to do with our leisure time, so there was a lot of drinking, and other things going on to entertain ourselves. My father is an alcoholic and our family is dysfunctional. I married an alcoholic and had two beautiful daughters. The problem was that they had two co-dependent parents, with many issues of their own. This marriage ended for good reason and then my healing began. I was in counselling for many years, and read every self-help book I could find. I was hungry to learn and find peace. The pain was too much to bear. After several years, I sold my home and returned to school at the age of 50. My dream was always to become a Social Worker. I completed the Social Service Worker program at Georgian College, and then continued into the Addictions, Treatment and Prevention Post Graduate program. I worked very hard and received honours in both programs. I feel this path has chosen me because I am a survivor, and also a Helper by nature. I would like to say that I have always worked in the social services field, but have not always worked with my true passion; which is organizing and detoxing environments. I combined the two careers into one business because I know for some people, the need for help with this, is great. ? My Mission: To Transform One Life at a Time & One Safe Haven at a Time; by radically reducing chemicals and clutter in Our Homes. I believe that almost everyone, could use some kind of help or support at some point in their lives; and that is why my Life Coaching Services are needed today more than ever before in history. With the changing economy, lack of jobs, education requirements rising, the need for two incomes to support a household, toxins in our environments; in the air we breathe, the food we eat, the products we clean our homes with, the personal care products we put on our skin; they are all loaded with toxins that affect us on a cellular level. These toxins stay in your body sometimes for up to 50 years. Toxins are invading our bodies and our liver can not rid them fast enough and then our adrenal glands get over loaded trying to pick up the slack, causing endocrine system failures and then disease and illness set in. Virtually every illness in people's systems has now been associated with toxic chemical exposure! Today, more and more healthcare professionals agree. We are seeing increasingly, clients coming in with stress based anxiety and depression, and a lack of hope for their futures. I work with clients who are challenged and overwhelmed with clutter and disorganization of their environments. Clearing away emotional and physical clutter, brings your Passions to Light! Frees you up to think more clearly about how you can make small changes in your life, so that you can start living the Abundant, Happy life you were meant to live.
