As per our phone conversation. you told me that you crack the screen. there is no warranty for physical damage and liquid damage. we give a warranty for our work. we deal with corporates as well. i ask you to bring the phone to have a look. you refused it. any thing lifting and defective screens from supplier then no questions ask we replace it 100%. if screen damaged we can not help on that because my supplier doesn't replace parts. we can do free labor charges but parts cost us. sorry that what happened to your phone. physical damage no warranty.
