This was my first time at the store, lots of supplies, friendly staff, great service and lots of good advice! Will be back this fall to restock for spring planting.
Everything was overpriced, and the guys working wouldn't give me the time of day. They were busy pressing rosin in the back. I went in for nutes and hydroton. The nutes where $35 more expensive than any other store. And the hydroton I got was absolute garbage and should not be used at all. Horrible store. Bad Custer service. Over priced products.
Very sorry about your experience. We do our best to provide the best prices and products, and need this feedback in order to improve. If you can come in for a visit and ask for Steve, I will personally make sure you get a refund for the hydroton, and we will compensate you for the difference in the nutes, as we price match our competitors. It’s not to often I go into a store and leave feeling like I just left a good friend. The lads that fun this store are thoughtful, educated and extremely helpful anytime I’ve needed help. From solid advice to quality products they’ve always help me get back on track and producing higher quality plants every new grow. Thank you Steve and crew!
Great store, awesome service, and even tho they seem to be out of the stuff I need when I need it most (lol) I still give em 5 stars, cuz maybe its our goofy governments stance on truck drivers and their gene therapy status thats making things come in late. and if not.....4.9 stars
Left Overgrown Hydroponics today again a happy customer. Steve, Adam, and Jeff were so helpful helping me choose the right soil for my growing needs. I really feel like I'm cared about when i'm in there and i always leave with more growing knowledge then I had entering. I trust the guys at Overgrown Hydroponics more than anyone else in the industry and couldn't recommend them enough.
Steve answered all my questions with enthusiasm, and provided me with the knowledge and product I needed to accomplish my growing goals and some ideas for next steps. This is a great shop.
Tim has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to growing cannabis. He is always willing to share this knowledge with his customers, he also has all the necessary supplies needed to grown quality plants, Glad he is in my neighbourhood .
