At Pinnacle Martial Arts we study several martial arts disciplines. Firstly, our Karate foundation is Shotokan. This is a traditional martial art that is widely practiced throughout the world. Then there are the self defence techniques found in our Kenpo system. This is a form of extremely effective self defence combinations that once mastered, will give the practitioner an extreme boost in confidence, and the system in easy to master. Then there are the Kickboxing techniques, these are a great deal of fun to practice and any one can do it! Finally we practice grappling techniques commonly found in the Brazilian jiu-jitsu. These drills are taught to our more advanced students and not to our child practitioners due to safety concerns.

At Pinnacle Martial Arts we pride ourselves on treating each of our students as individuals. As you are for sure aware, no two people are alike, so too it must be added that no two martial artists are alike. We pride ourselves on having the ability to focus on individual’s strengths, and through practice and positive reinforcement guiding the individual down the proper path to martial arts excellence!

We will help you to increase your strength, flexibility and cardio endurance all while having fun doing it! All of our classes are of course taught by a certified black belt adult instructor and not by children black belts. We do however have junior instructors who are teenagers that assist in some classes. It is important to know that the junior instructors responsibility is to reinforce information that has already been acquired by the students, and it is the adult instructors responsibility to teach all new material.
