 When you stay completely current with anything then you can comfortably handle any little changes that come along. However, when you don’t stay on top of things, especially technology, then the little changes can soon add up and before you know it you can be dealing with a tidal wave. Such was the case when, in one fell swoop, we got a new PC, switched from Vista to Windows 8.1, acquired our first tablet and switched from Blackberry phones to Android based ones. The changes were overwhelming so we sought the professional services of Jeremy Broughton at Red Fox Computer Services. In short order Jeremy had us up and running and feeling quite comfortable with our new equipment. His technical expertise was impressive but even more important to us was his ability to explain everything in a way that connected easily with our modest level of knowledge. After our initial session we had to reconnect a couple of times to get further details sorted out and Jeremy was always available and always able to keep us on top of our challenges.
