  THE PROCESS

  Consultation

  Fill out the RUSH HOUR SERVICES “Agenda Form” and let us know more about your event. This will give us a clear explanation of what you are looking for your event. We will also provide a full outline of the Mobile Bar services, details and terms/conditions.

  Contract and Deposit

  Once we know the direction of your event, venue location and other significant details;  Rush Hour Services will craft a customized proposal. If you decide that we are a good fit for your event then we will email you a contract to have signed and an online payment form for a 50% deposit to secure your date. Please note that the remainder of your final bill will be due 7 days week prior to your event.

  Follow Up

  As we get closer to your event we will send you a emailed follow up. This is when you let us know if changes need to be adjusted to the event itinerary. At this time we will set up a plan making sure you you have a viable power source to the trailers.  

  Final Payment

  The payment will be processed 7 days, one week before your event.

  The Big Day

  Showing up for your special day! We will arrive 4 hours prior to the event, to park the trailer and help with setup. Our friendly staff will make sure that you are happy with the services and support you on the big day.
