Hello friends and valued clients!

We made it through a challenging week and we are so thankful for such amazing & understanding clients like you. We’d like to let you know our hours of operation will be changing effective this coming Monday March 23rd.
These hours will be in place until further notice:

Monday and Friday we will be open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday we will be open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Closed on Saturday and Sunday.

If you run into any emergencies or require veterinary care when we are not open, please call Huronia Veterinary Emergency Clinic at 705-722-0377. www.hvecbarrie.com
They are located at 391 Dunlop St West, Barrie and they are open 24/7.

As the current coronavirus situation evolves we are doing our best to keep our clients updated on our hospital procedures and any changes we are making to day-to-day protocols. As always, the health and safety of our clients and team is our number one priority. Rest assured we are taking every precautionary measure to safely and responsibly practice social distancing while continuing to care for your pets. We have put in place some temporary measures:

- If you have a scheduled appointment or need to pick up food or medication, please call us at 705-726-8002 on arrival. We currently have limited seating in our waiting area and encourage you to wait in your vehicles. We will happily provide you with curbside service.

- Our veterinary supply company is working around the clock to keep up with the volume of orders being placed by all clinics, and we will do our best to get the supplies you require in a timely fashion. Please allow 5-7 days for orders and medication refills when possible. Don't forget that we have a web-store you can access 24/7 which will give you access to all of your pet's needs. We all know how fast everything can change with COVID-19 and we will be doing our utmost to keep our clients updated on any changes to our hospital's policies. We ask that you follow us on Facebook or Instagram for the most up to date information.
