Wow... spring came and went very quickly, now summer is upon us!  It's amazing how quickly everything bloomed this year... did you notice?  What contributed to this process?  Well, it was likely the existence of warm temperatures, lots of sunshine and a few good rainfalls.

So, what has been blooming for you and your business?  How is your business progressing?  If you are finding that things are not progressing, what do you feel/think is missing?  When was the last time you reflected on or analyzed what is or isn't working?  Depending on your business, perhaps the summer is the perfect time to focus on all of the above.  Perhaps you want to rework your short-term and long-term goals?  Begin by considering... what is it you want to achieve? How are your goals aligned with your personal values?  Now... what is it you will commit to doing for you, your business?
