Spring has sprung… the buds are forming on the trees. What else do you notice during this time of year? I notice that we’re outside more, we are seeing our neighbours again and I am getting inspired to do yard work and to freshen things up! Also as the weather gets nicer, people start feeling happier and are generally inspired to do more –walking, go the park with the kids, go for a run, and get started on some gardening.

In business, it seems that the nicer weather impacts people as well. We find ourselves getting out to more events, we do more networking and the ripple effect is that everyone begins to meet more people, do more business and share our positive experiences and there’s a general overall feeling of moving forward. I am noticing this particularly through Facebook posts, sharing and through word of mouth. My challenge to you is to reflect on what or who inspires you and share it with the world. Whether it is an experience you just had at a spa, in a restaurant or in a business meeting –take a moment and write a review for that person or business –it will go a long way in serving and building community!

To start this off, I’ll share with all of you a recent experience I had with a local Marketing Masterminds Group. Jessy Morrison and I were in the “hot seat” and had the benefit of hearing from a room full of like-minded and very intelligent and helpful business owners. I have to say, I literally had goosebumps during the mastermind experience. The outpouring of ideas and desire to help Jessy and I was so heartwarming, it blew our minds. We now have an incredible list of ideas and to-do’s that will help us take our Transformational Tuesday’s event to the next level. I am a firm believer that we all need a great team to build our businesses AND they are closer and more willing to help than you would think. Tag you’re it… it’s your turn now.
