Starting after only a year, the drawers of my Biscotti bathroom units showed scratches all around the pulls and now all 7 drawers show this. By comparison, my 14 year old kitchen cabinets and drawers show none of this, nor do night tables I finished myself 4 years ago. I live alone and am careful with my house. This finish is of very poor quality and does not stand up to even gentle care. Perhaps I should have mentioned this sooner to them. When my designer sent them my concerns, their response was that they could sell me NEW DRAWERS. Poor workmanship and poor customer service. I am remodelling my second bathroom and have bought units elsewhere. I will not buy from rocksolid again and will not recommend them to anyone.

The cabinetry is well made. The quality of wood used very good. Workmanship very good. But : Approx 3 months of usage and water stains starts appearing on the granite. I sent 2 emails to the company to get their feedback and to get another application of the sealer which I think the company should do. I never received a reply ! I am the only person using this bathroom. The granite has always been wiped after usage. Perhaps they should use a better quality granite or they should do several coats of sealer at the company before being sent to client. I referred two neighbours to this company...let's hope that they do not experience same problem.

Sorry about your issue - I don't believe vendors ever pre-seal their granite products - it is always the responsibility of the customer. Doesn't help you now, but in the future, never purchase granite for bathroom or kitchen installations; always quartz.
