Very disappointed! If you can find another broker you would be wise to go there. This is a big part of building your own home or refinancing. I was stressed out from the first broken promise to the end. I don't feel Rachael was working for me, I was definitely left in the cold.

Absolutely a BUYER BEWARE WARNING if there ever was one...if you are a young family on a budget ..I urge you to explore other brokers before you get taken with a smile and brushed under the carpert. Once they get their commission .please feel welcomed to contact us by 787980jd@gmail.com..for an explanation of our experiences and we can connect you with other customers in our situation or worse ..this review is on the brokerage My Better Mortgage. .managed by Ms Rachel Beemer . If you unfortunately had been taken and no resolve ..know that you have the right to contact the FSCO governing body. All statements I have made here are factual and supported..with a ruling against the broker..and we are left at no resolve..caution is strongly advised. Thankyou
