We are not a trampoline park.

We host birthday parties, public jumping, and recreational & competitive classes. The gym has 8 competition level trampolines mounted at floor level, an airbag, a foam pit, and a tramp-wall. A certified coach is always on hand for supervision and coaching. All our classes are eligible for the federal Children's Fitness Tax Credit.

We are Barrie's trampoline gym.

Trampoline is, in my opinion, the most enjoyable form of exercise there is.  Jumping on the trampoline is an excellent cardio workout, tones all your muscles, works the lymphatic system, and improves bone density.  Other benefits include improved spacial awareness, coordination, balance, body control, and core strength.

Our 8 competition grade trampolines are much bouncier than your average backyard trampoline or those found at a trampoline park.  They are the same type of trampolines that 2 time Olympic gold medalist Rosie MacLennan trains on.  Our NCCP trained coaches help the athletes improve their muscle control while jumping on the trampolines.  They will take the athlete from doing simple skills like tuck jumps to front tucks to barani-out tucks (dbl. front flip with a half twist).
