Deborah Wall-Armstrong established her office in 1977 as a full-service law firm. Over the years, Deborah focused her practice into real estate, estate planning and administration and incorporations. Cesia Green joined the firm in 2008, and in 2011 she and Deborah entered into partnership as Wall-Armstrong & Green. Today, the office consists of two lawyers, a law clerk and three staff supporting a busy practice specializing in these same areas of real estate, estate planning and administration and incorporations. Located in the Allandale area of Barrie, Wall-Armstrong & Green remains a local firm committed to excellence in service to our clients.

We provide legal services for all residential real estate, including new and resale homes and condominium units, as well as refinancing on mortgages (both institutional and private) and advice on life leases. We also offer advice and assistance regarding wills, powers of attorney and estate administration.

Both Deborah Wall-Armstrong and Cesia Green are able to assist you with any documents that require a notary’s signature and seal. Deborah, Cesia and Sharon Dubeau are all able to commission documents.
