When you begin your CrossFit journey, we recommend that you focus on eating quality foods, “Eat lean meats, vegetables, nuts and seeds. Some fruit, little starch and no sugar.” Eating whole foods provides your body with the proper macro- and micronutrients to bring your body to a state of homeostasis.
